Thanks all,
Paper (as the tags suggest) ! A pile of maybe 50 sheets of various color A4 , held in the left hand, while trying to take a picture with the camera in the right hand/with the left shoulder as helper to stabilize the camera. Plus trying to give a slight motion by moving the left hand at the end of exposure.
Great fun and I had to take 50+ shot to get something I liked :)
