VW Belt Tensioner

My Jetta's Serpentine Belt broke in Pennsylvania cuz of this belt tensioner dude. The top thing is the new one, the bottom 3 pieces are from the broken one. The serpentine belt is what connects all things to the engine - so if it breaks, the engine still works but not the power steering, the fan, the ac, the power steering, etc. Luckily our boy in Bedford fixed it up. I shore appreciate it, Mr. mechanic.
