exposure blend

Three exposures, each 2 stops apart, contrast blended with the Gimp and exposure-blend.scm

This process uses contrast blending, rather than high dynamic range (HDR) imaging.

More info on exposure blending for gimp here.

Just a question: Is the doubled layer on the left hand side left intentionally?

    10. chadh (11 months ago | reply)

@Ferientechniker: Interesting....I didn't recall ever seeing the doubled artifacts, so I went back to the original image, and sure enough...they weren't there on the original. I'm not blaming a flickr bug, but I have no idea how that happened. I just replaced the image with a copy of the original. Thanks for catching it!
