Pickle spices A mix of the spices I'm using in this pickle recipe. It includes pepper corns, mustard seed, garlic salt, and turmeric. Not pictured are the jalapeno seeds, garlic cloves and dill I'm also adding. There is light grey celtic sea salt in the white vinegar and water on the stove forming a brine.
