This is Mr. Big (in the red velvet jacket) and The Diva (in the black dress with the red scarf), developing mutual crushes on each other.

This is noteworthy because neither one is a controllable character (in fact they're both standard "downtownies" that come with the Nightlife expansion). I happened to notice them getting along quite well in the background on a downtown lot once, and since then I've had a side project in my game to get them to fall in love (mostly via the "Influence to..." verbs). It's going well so far! (More related pictures here.)

The controllable character in this picture is Dawson Day, hidden behind the relationship-plusses above Mr. Big's head. He's having a mostly unrewarding conversation with the downtownie in the blue dress there.
