All's Well That Ends Well - SOLD

When I saw the spectacular photo in the Morguefile.com open photos upon which this painting was based, it was a natural for these sky/cloud themed paintings. This is pastel on 9 x 12" Ampersand Pastelbord with the foundation/underpainting in acrylics.

Awesome Sky

I painted this with Liquitex Heavy-Body Acrylics on 16 x 20" stretched canvas. I debated over using oils, as I'm sure they'd have been much easier in working the soft feathery details of the various clouds, but wanted to challenge myself with acrylics here.
