Marmite

    Mmmm, breakfast. I was disappointed when Durham Whole Foods stopped carrying Marmite, but we found it their Raleigh store. Some people, Reggie included, say this stuff tastes nasty, but I developed a liking for it in Sierra Leone and still eat it on English muffins.
