      That's the stand where we found our deep-fried pecan pie.
      They could deep fry just about anything there. Amazing how far human possibility has progressed!

      There were just too many delicacies represented to capture all the signs. Missing from the photo: deep-fried oreos, twinkies, pecan pie, maybe more.
