Wow, considering its shape, this piece of ice looks as something organic instead of a lifeless object.

What a particularly fine stage of melting that ice is at. It adds an extra dimension to this compared to the more normal, shiny look. You've complemented the crystalline surface very nicely with the dark, soft waves too - excellent.

Love the white ice on the black sand/pebbles. Perfect exposure time on the water as well, perfect on the incoming wave.

C'est un crystal posé sur la plage, comme toutes les autres. Sur un aspect plus technique, j'aime le sombre, la composition (parfaite comme à ton habitude, tu ne déroges pas des règles... je ne sais pas ou tu as appris à si bien composer mais c'est hallucinant), les couleurs... tout pour plaire à mon oeil.

fantastic details on the ice crystals. But what I like most is how my eye get pulled away from the main object by the motion of the water. Wonderful background colors!

love these low angle shots, nice work, looks great. I love ice shots, my favorite thing about our winters. Too bad we had a somewhat mild winter and never had a chance to shoot the icy shorelines.. nice shot.
