Impacted wisdom tooth of pain +3 complete with abcess and it has a cavity!

Remnants of my other lower wisdom tooth, the rest has broken and fallen out.

the 2 "temporary" fillings I got 10 years ago when I had 2 root canals due to a nasty trampoline accident. protip: knees do not make good pillows when jumping on a trampoline.
