      Isn't this a creative commons license? The article gave you full credit (how I found this) and is not a for-profit organization. I think you gave permission when you marked it "Creative Commons".

      hypnoeyez99: It's licensed Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs Creative Commons - I don't know how you can say it's a non-profit organisation when the whole site has been monetised with advertising...

      So do something about it. If you're that upset that they used it, demand they remove it. If you aren't, don't complain about it.
