Sunday we spent the day at Rocks State Park. Falling Branch is a smaller area just north of the park, but still considered a part of it. It is home to Maryland's second highest waterfall with a drop of about 19 feet. I can tell you from the vantage point above the falls it seems like a lot more than 19 feet.
These two showed up while we were there and after walking around a bit the settled in. Based on their body language I don't think everything was honkey dorey, but after a while they seemed to relax and just enjoy sitting there together.
From my vantage point about halfway up the falls on the opposite bank it looked like a nice shot. I would have left them to their privicy but they were sitting just inside a shot I wanted to take so when I switched out lenses and put the telephoto in they had some close-up's taken. A little bit after they showed up it actually got a bit crowded there so I gave up taking any wide angled shots.
