Eye Am Feeling Silly

Day 234 of 365

Flash fired with ebay remote. 580EX II at 1/2 power from picture right and through a white translucent umbrella.

Just feeling a bit silly. I saw libraryann's version and having a lot of these googly eyes laying around after Savanah's party I figured I'd do my first copycat picture.

Or maybe I've just gone insane after 234 days!

I was working on it, but wanted to track down the one you copycatted and had to reload firefox, but it is there now. I've done a few similar to others (it is hard not to over 365 days not to come up with similar ideas), but they weren't done as copycats as in a I saw yours and it directly influenced this one. I try to be as original as I can.

No, the ebay remotes are just where you get them. They are called Cactus remotes. You can get them through Gadget Infinity on ebay.

You want me to mail you the remotes or the googly eyes?

Why on earth would I call my camera the adorama camera? I didn't even buy it there!

Stressy? Not at all. Except for the largest of the eyes, they were all self stick which made life really easy. I didn't have to glue anything and a bit of scotch was enough to hold the larger eyes long enough for the shot. No stress at all.
