2008-06-08, GM Blockade Day 5

On Sunday, June 8, top labour leaders came to visit the workers at the GM protest site. Ken Georgetti and Hassan Yussuff from the Canadian Labour Congress addressed the crowd in the morning. Buzz Hargrove and members of the CAW National Executive Board offered solidarity to the workers in the afternoon. A family barbecue was held on the site.
