7 Days: Day 1 -15

My scale does say how many pounds were lost or gained, but only since the last time I weighed, not the total weight lost. This - 15 was photoshopped :-)

I like this scale....it's a smart one.
Congrats on your loss. (I think this is the only time you can congratulate someone on a loss)

Can I just say congrats?? I just read your post about this - and yes, AWESOME. I lost 15 pounds over the course of 2008, much in the same way you did and, YES!, it does feel great inside and out.
