JG Ballard in black and white

JG Ballard in black and white by Catfunt.
The man at the St Martin's MA Show. I've cropped it because someone asked if I had any better pictures to the ones that I posted the other week. Those were the ones where JG was obviously very uncomfortable with the fact that a drunken Chinese guy was trying to take his picture surrepticiously. Well, drunken surrepticious which is like a mime artist or a Looney Tunes character doing surrepticious.

Stop saying surrepticious. Lovely pic, though.

Apologies to anyone who'd wanted to use this pic under a Creative Commons Licence. It's been drawn to my attention that quite a few people have been using it without the proper attritbution. If you'd like to use it for non-commercial it's not a problem. EG: See these nice people who wrote asking to use it for a book:

I've changed the license but write and I'll probably say 'Yes'.

Hello, I wrote an article about the influence of J.G. Ballard on modern music for El Colombiano newspaper in Medellín, Colombia, and I wanted to know if they can use your picture for the article, given the proper credit and if there's any chance of getting a higher resolution picture. Thanks!

Hi Pixelgoomba

That's fine to use the picture. The credit is Paul Murphy. There isn't a higher res version as it's a cropped image to start with I'm afraid.

Would it be possible for them to send a copy of the newspaper comes out?

Many thanks

Paul
