Those are in Washington State, and they are located in Lewis County. You can see them best from Interstate 5 going northbound just into Lewis County. I've driven past them many times. They are fantastic, yet there appears to be no exit near them - I have never quite figured out how to see them up close. I assume this photo was taken from the shoulder of I-5. You can see them a little from southbound I-5 but not nearly as nice of a view.
