Copenhagen, Denmark: Knippelsbro - Modernist bridge design and the Danish National Bank in the background
The bank was designed by Arne Jacobsen, one of the great architects of the 20th century, and one of Denmark's most famous sons. The bank was not completed until 1978, 7 years after his death.
In the middle of the picture, in the background, you can see Holmens Kirke, the church of the royal Danish navy, where the current Queen Margrethe II, was married in 1967.
