Dremel a hole

To take full advantage of Flickr, you should use a JavaScript-enabled browser and
install the latest version of the Macromedia Flash Player.

The instructions suggest using shears to cut the case, then fold the metal back and forth. Instead, I used a dremel cutting tool to knock out a rectangle. I buffed the edges down with a grinder.

That's what I was worried about, too. Now that I've had it for a week, I realize I need to fill in the gap with some glue as the plug is prone to wiggling the board off its mounting tape.
