Broccoli soup
This broccoli soup is from the September 2007 issue of Everyday Food (page 77). It turned out really well. I used veggie broth instead of chicken, and pretty much guessed on the quantities since we only had about 1 1/4 pounds of broccoli and the recipe calls for 3 pounds.
