    Main source of power on the farm before rural power lines. A small single cylinder motor operated in this building to send direct current to the buildings.

      I knew it mainly as the shop where most of the farm repairs were made. The welder, a bench with two vises, and a big homemade grinder that reside in here kept the farm going.
