Subway power outage

Last night, coming home from a photoshoot that y'all will see later, I got on the 9 train, and got to 66th street, where it stopped for about five minutes. FInally the announcer came on and did her announcing thing, saying there was a power outage to 96th street. Several thousand grumbly Midtowners were forced to figure out what these "uptown bus" things were all about.
This photo was taken from one packed M104 bus into another. good times.

If it makes you feel any better, the 2,3 lines were shot all the way to Brooklyn.
I waited at Wall Street for 15 minutes, took the uptown to Fulton, stepped out and got a burger at Wendy's, got on the 4,5 at Fulton ... and ran into some Brooklyn bound people I saw at Wall Street.
Wow, you got the shot off of one bus into the next? Very nice!

you have a good "last time I rode the 9" story...... then someone will ask? "uptown?" and then you may roll your eyes at them.....
