Life on the Street

A sunflower peeks out of a garden along Broadway.

I'm taking an Adolescene and Literature class this month, testing new grounds, and last night I sat in the park and read Seedfolks. I recommend everyone do this -- a very quick read, and the experience helped scrub off the years of hardness and calcification I've built up from living in the city. Sorely needed.

I'm going to put a plug here on behalf of my girlfriend. If you like my "Wet Dog Explosion" shot, you can vote for it in a contest here. Andrea wants Smokey to be officially cute, so vote "2p".

I am so jelous of your 1.4. It's just so much more silky smooth then the 1.8. How I pine for that extra $500 so I can trade in my 1.8 and get one too....

Always remember to notice the little things...it helps to gain perspective, especially in the big, noisy, busy city.

Great shot Ryan! BTW...miss your old logo.
