Electrical fire downtown Vancouver 196/365

    As seen around 11:00 today off Pender and Richards. This was the cause of major power outage today and we were sent home for the day! YAY!

      Oops. I should probable explain...to my knowledge, no one was hurt by this fire as it seemed to be coming out of the alley from the ground somehow. But YAY! part comes in because many people got the afternoon off due to the power failure related to the fire.
