The lone cat lung

See that black thing on the right? That's her lung. Notice that there isn't one on the other side. That's bad. That explains her difficulty breathing but we still don't know why she has the weird edema in her legs. Hopefully the caridologist will be able to tell us next week.

Thanks, Ingrid. Unfortunately it's not going to get better, I am afraid. The vet thinks Molly has a mass in her chest somewhere. We go for an ultrasound on Monday to see what's what. For now we are living half in denial and half on the edge our seats. Every moment is precious, every stroke along her sweet little furry body filled with love.

Thanks, Chuck. She goes back to the doctor on the 21st (tomorrow). We will see how the new radiograph looks. We had her lanced and drained of fluid and she seemed okay for a few days but I can tell the fuid is building up again. Probably from a tumor in her body cavity somewhere.
