Iceberg in the Ebro

    The organising committee of the Zaragoza 2008 International Exhibition has approved a series of emergency measures designed to protect the site from flooding

    The EXPO organisers are drawing up an alternative opening ceremony in case the planned ‘Iceberg visual symphony poem’ cannot be held on the river bank in ten days time.
