Is the idea of creating an environment of
delivering great experience to customers a
dream that can never be realised or there is
hope and true advocates out there who
subscribe to the idea? I now see companies
who are perceived in the market as great
Customer Experience managers missing it but
yet still maintain the stand point of
delivering great Customer Experience. Is it
our duty to expose these or do we simply
conform and just take it as it comes? I would
like to hear some views on this exciting
topic on Customer Experience Management and
Customer Service.
