Zhejiang: Below SanTiao Qiao
A view from below the bridge. I had to hop some slippery rocks to get into the middle. Just as well the river was low.

Zhejiang: SanTiao Qiao
We took a trip through Zhejiang Provence during the New Years weekend to search out some old covered wooden bridges I had been reading about.
This one is SanTiao Qiao. Built in 1843.
It spans a narrow section of a river half way between two small villages. We had a local bus drop us off and hiked down into the fog to the valley floor. Around a bend we found it, quite alone in the mountains, arching over the river.
I haven't been bothering to process my photos for a while now (partly out of lazyness but mostly a continuing ambivalence about photography) but the shots from this trip were so washy that I had to have a fiddle with them in one of the online apps. Results have been fairly satisfying considering what I started with. I might have a go at some older photos now that I have some spare time.
Here I'm experimenting with the fake tilt-shift.
