I really wanted a black and white mocha yesterday, but as anyone who lives in Portland would agree, weather was nastier than heck and there was no way I was leaving the house with all that noise going on.

I can handle rain, snow, cold, heat, but if there's one thing I truly despise: it's wind.

Anyway, I decided to get creative, broke out the Bialetti, sweetened condensed milk and my favorite cocoa mix (recipe here) and the rest was delicious history.
