First quilt block for Bushfire Quilt Project

    I started a quilt drive for the people left with nothing in Victoria Australia. Please join me in making a quilt block or two (or more) see group for details.

    It took me longer to upload the file for this picture than it did to make the block. I had some new fabric from Anna Maria Horner and wanted to use it, but you can use whatever you have...scrappy stars will looks fantastic!

      I have two done and with 91 members in the pool already I am getting all kinds of ideas for more. I am mailing the first two blocks in the morning. I watched the news tonight and was saddened by the loss.
