Curve hugging
Taken about mid way up to Mt Cootha, inspired by a friend's photo (@jezza323). Everytime I went to take this photo there was always 3-4 other cars just parked with head lights on......kind of creepy. I going to try a another shot from here again, the picture doesn't do the view justice. I can understand why so many cars stop here at night for a little hanky panky. For this shot I was really after the winding light trails more so than the city.
I wanted to try a different ratio, was looking at Bernie Zajac who inspired me to try a 17X6 ratio.

Waking up
On Saturday morning, got up early and meet up with Jezza at Nudgee Beach. Its the first time I have been out there, I really would like to go back with someone that knows the area. On tip for anyone going in low tide, take some crappy shoes.

Dark and Stormy
I wonder what he's looking at :D
Post Processing
Moved the saturation down to just above black and white. I left a bit color in to add a touch of depth.

Stormy Catch
On Saturday morning, I planned to revisit Point Arkwright. When I arrived it was pouring down, so I jumped back in the car and headed down to Point Cartwright hoping the rain hadn't arrived. Although there wasn't any color about, thankfully the fishermen adds drama to the picture. I am glad I came out to Point Cartwright, it has a lot of potential.

The view through my eyes
+- 2ev HDR, Taken this morning at Kangaroo Point. This is the first time I have shot here, I think could take photos for six months of weekends just around here, so many interesting spots. After taking these, went for a 10 km run with Jezza and T-W around Brisbane.
