Wow, what an effort! It's too bad there can never be one definitive map, though, since the locations of places in Springfield change all the time to suit the plot. For example, I have seen episodes where the Simpsons' street (Evergreen Terrace) turns right into the downtown commercial street, and episodes where the Simpsons' yard backs right up to the nuclear power plant's parking lot.
