Hi again francigino3 and thank you for your comments. I read this poster as criticism of the packaging of terrorism as an idea, not referring to the actual events themselves. It's a criticism of the cynical exploitation of terrorist (9/11 especially, depicted) events to instill fear (the very point of terrorism) in the public and motivate them towards a blind acceptance of authority. I enjoyed your "HaliBusHitler" construction; I hadn't seen that before.
