Southwest Air pilots

    I flew on three different planes during this trip, and each flight was a pleasure, which surprised me in this day and age. All the employees were both professional and friendly. I was sitting near the front and boarded early, and the pilots obliged me when I asked if I could snap a picture from my seat.
