Grains & Ingredients (Chocolate Stout #7)

Grains & Ingredients (Chocolate Stout #7)

So far I have made some really, really great Ales and lighter beers and even though we are getting to warmer weather I wanted to make this because of how delicious it sounds. Lately I have been really opening up to stouts, porters and darker beers and I'm sure I'll love something I made myself.

This was originally a 5 gallon recipe that I scaled down to 2.5 gallons and confirmed via BeerSmith 2. The original recipe called for peppermint tea bags to get a mint flavor, but I decided I will just brew this again for winter with that added.

Also going to follow the same no-sparge BIAB process from my Cascade Pale Ale to get myself more practice - volumes are below as well.
