Trashasaurus

Rad "Trash for Teaching" (trashforteaching.com) artist Beth Elliott (beth-elliott-art.blogspot.com) will be helping Rally kids build a fabulous trash elephant. This photo shows the "trashosaur" whose body with long neck/trunk will be the structural model--Beth is currently building the under-armature at her studio in L.A. (Elephant "themes" we're playing around with: "You can't ignore the artephant." "Don't FORGET the kids/the art!" or "California: 48th in U.S. public education funding--the elephant in the room.")
