06/2011: I am always on top of things when it comes to cake, but this year, his just snuck up on me! I asked him at 8pm the night before what flavor he wanted. His response, "I want Lemon Cake with Raspberry Filling." Can you tell he's around cake a lot...not the normal 6-year-old chocolate or vanilla answer! I stayed up late, like any good Mom should and cranked it out! He's VERY into Legos right now, so this just seemed like the perfect cake! He ate the entire top! ;)
Sorry for the cell phone pictures! The natives were restless and did NOT have time to wait for Mommy to set up her picture (or find the good camera!).
