Goat

    This handsome goat was eyeing some low branches of a birch tree. After aiming for a few seconds it would stand up on it's hind legs and balance elegantly while eating the leaves.

      @ hmp - you're really describing the essence of goats there. I think they look very clever and have quite penetrating eyes. I like that they are always very curious and brave. This one didn't even flinch when two large dogs where barking up his face just 2 cms away (on the other side of the fence though).

      Nice composition and color, could be a bit brighter. I'm trying to figure out where that interesting ripple pattern on the left side of the background came from. Was it optics or photoshop?

      @ michael, thanks for your comment. The only thing I can imagine creating that ripple effect is the wire fence that was inbetween myself and the goat when I photographed it but then again, then it should have been visible also on the right hand side. Weird! Looks good though :)
