High fired semi translucent porcelain....unglazed
I have been accepted to the CREATE Christmas Fair in December! Yay! Which is fairtrade, recycled, environmentally friendly, locally produced, etc....so these are my vegan corals....and I'm going to be making some batches using purely reclaimed glass too.

Yes, these are staying white...I fired them up to porcelain temperature from green clay...mainly to stop me being tempted by the glazes....but also to save on electricity! ;)

just beautiful. there is one that reminds me of the clangers; and the one above that one is (I think) my favourite.

Marvellous. I am working on a piece using one of your vegan corals at the moment and the response from everyone who has seen it has been SO positive.
I really hope you do well at the fair, but any which don't sell there will certainly sell on Etsy, as I want to buy some of these!

If anyone makes something with one of my pieces....I'm a highly nosy person, so I'd love to see it! Sometimes I keep pieces as supplies rather than as finished pieces, because I'm hoping someone will make more of it than I do! I love clay....but I have absolutely no affinity with metal.....which is a shame....I'd love to be able to combine the porcelain and silver!
When I have more time (possibly when I have retired!) I would like to combine the porcelain pieces with textiles....If I hadn't bought the kiln....I would be working on free form textile pieces :)
