Moleskine tripodPhoto/travelogue journals. "Taped" together because I have lots of photography related notes in the thinner cahier on top This is a great place to write notes, thoughts, and information, including things from gallery visits, and what not. The prop, to just lift the camera up a little. Used to write GTD (getting things done!) lists, so frequently it loses pages when I've actually gotten things done. ![]() As I was walking along with a camera in my bag, I realized I had decided to leave my tripod at home for the overnighter in Sydney.

So I had to make do with a bunch of Moleskines that I had in my Crumpler satchel. They all served the purpose of propping up the camera at a little angle, so that I could make long exposure photos of the Sydney Opera House (yes, cliched I'm sure, but I've not shot here in about 10+ years).
