Setting for a "Soul Soak" herbal healing and detox

Welcome foot

soul soak

herbs that I use:
Rosemary
calendula
lavender
rose buds
borage

also sometimes
pepermint
sage
mint sprigs
chamomile
pine needles

oils for foot massage after the soak : I have people do each others foot massage
st johns
almond

big cooking or clay pot that both feet will fit into
towels

time about 20-30 min

I have a kettle of hot water to add very small amounts into
the bath to keep it ‘Warm’ – Remove feet when pouring some in ….

I have worked up a ‘Ritual” That includes- foot spirit songs- drumming story telling- and a shamanic journey to a power center which is where the russian river meets the pacific ocean.
From trere one has a choice to go out to sea or travel up the river for wisdon, knowledge, information, or healing……

I also continually pour different blends of tea to each person during the ritual …
