Dinner 2012-02-22
-Dinner: A Delmonico chuck steak (I didn't realize it was chuck until I got home... so the quality was less than desirable. Happily, I more than made up for it with flavor and technique: meat's my bag, baby) and Romaine with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and salt. I basted the steak with butter flavored with fresh garlic cloves and rosemary sprigs.
