This is excellent Andy, I love the whole thing, and if the image isn't enough for you, I love the subtle point being made by photographing police that it is indeed not been made illegal (a nasty rumor).

Thanks for all the comments everyone - I almost discarded this shot as "too busy" - but a crop, b&w conversion, background blurring and of course a touch of vignetting soon fixed that :)

The lesson is never to discard a file or negative!
