Science and Tech Ads
|
This is a random assortment of science
ads collected from various science and
tech magazines of the 50s and 60s. We're
particularly struck by how they have
utilized the modernist aesthetic in a
manner particularly appropriate for its
subject matter. Was modernism perhaps
created for the eventual purpose of
perfectly visualizing these often
abstract messages?
Much of this work has only been
credited to its advertising agency. We
provide as much info about each as we
can. If you have suggestions on its
designer or illustrator, please comment!
