Hendry's with Fog, Night

This one's from an October trip out when Zinkwazi came and shot some. These low clouds were rolling out to the ocean from inland, and this is one of the last shots I got with some sky still visible. The colors surprised the hell out of me, since it looked pretty gray/brown out there at the time.

I may not be posting for a while as Jade & I are leaving for Berlin for a week. So, Merry Pagan-Equinox-Celebration-Repurposed-Into-A-Christian-Holiday Day to you all! ; )

Brian O'D - the orange glow is light pollution from the city of Santa Barbara. The bright orange between the cliffs is the Brown Pelican restaurant.

As many others have already said, this is an absolutely gorgeous shot. Like so many others of yours, I should add. The color is just amazing and the light intensity really makes it looks like it's almost daylight, though it clearly isn't. I'm impressed with any shot this long taken on a wet beach too - it's hardly a recipe for tripod stability!
