bacon and eggs on pancakes?
OK, before anyone utters anything about this cake I need to note that I'm pretty sure it was one of the "Junior" division entries. That's right, it was probably made by a kid, in which case it's really a damn fine cake. I'm just not sure what it's supposed to be. There's some butter over on the right there, and some orange slices on the left. It looks to me like a stack of pancakes topped with a egg that is swaddled in bacon, perhaps? I don't know anyone who eats their bacon, eggs and pancakes this way but hell, pour some maple syrup over the whole thing and I'll be happy to try it. I think the bacon, or whatever, is my favorite bit.
