cucumber & couscous summer salad

I had a vegetarian birthday potluck to attend this past weekend. I wanted to do some sort of chilled summer salad, so I decided on this - cucumber, couscous, chickpeas & red peppers in a dill yogurt/buttermilk sauce. It was pretty darn good.
