Every summer I go back & forth about buying peaches because I've forgotten how goshdarn delicious they are or I think, "These will never live up to my childhood memories." Let this serve as a reminder to never walk away from a perfectly ripe peach again.

Served over whole wheat French toast for brunch this past weekend.
