Much loved Raggedy Ann
Yesterday Mike and I drove to a wonderful town south of here to visit one of his nephew's , Perry, and wife Sheri. We first met Perry at a home they recently bought and visited awhile before meeting Sheri.
Sheri is a member of the FF AAUW which was putting on a tour of homes....Sharing the Season. The theme was December Holiday Season so the homes were all decorated for this. The proceeds to this event provide scholarships for area women.
We saw some amazing homes and were treated to a wonderful Mexican dinner out.
In the master bedroom I saw a much loved Raggedy Ann on a child's size rocking chair. I took photos of her there but for better lighting I placed her on the bed. I will share the rocking chair photos of a much loved Raggedy Ann at another time.
She has traveled with Sheri throughout her childhood in Michigan, Idaho, Alaska and finally in towns in Minnesota. Raggedy Ann went to college with Sheri and during her college years and jobs and remains a much loved Raggedy Ann.
I could not resist taking photos of the much loved Raggedy Ann doll.

Playoff football game to state!
Game was played in the big Fargo Dome where College teams play and big name concerts take place.
I believe I took this photo in the first quarter of the game against Browerville. The winner of this game would win Section 6 Championship and advance to state .
I only have a point and shoot so it's the best could zoom in.
Did not lug the big film camera along but wish I had.

Welcome the hometown Section 6 champions!
They are 11-0 beating Browerville for the title to go on to state next weekend.
The Fargo Forum had a nice write up in the paper this morning.
The game was played inside at the Fargo Dome starting about half past three in the afternoon.
I have more video but won't put them up. This is the best the point and shoot camera can do.
Just wanted to share the excitment!
Will post some photos but again .....With a point and shoot one is very limited especially in sporting events.
