the post-mortem shuffle
I didn't really believe it until I saw it - not so alive..but...still kicking - at butcher's shop in western PA, a chicken's body continues to kick after it has been processed. (really pretty humane - better than a lot of other's I've seen - head is covered softly, bird is treated very well - these are all free range chickens fed organic feed.
